SR. PANEL WIREMAN FOR SWITCHGEAR AND CONTROL PANELS

 Should be capable to read and understand All types of panel schematic drawings like, MCC, PCC,

MDBS, SMDBs, DBs, Generator Control Panels, PLC Control Panels.

 Coordinate with production Supervisor for LV switchgear panels / Control Panels collecting all

materials related to wiring from store as per drawing BOQ.

 Checking the drawings properly if any doubts inform/Highlight to Supervisor PE.

 Preparing the wire & Ferules as per drawings and given wiring details

 Capable of doing independently all types of schemes wiring as per drawings.

 Knowledge of materials related to switchgear & control panels and should be familiar for

handling/ storage of material during production.

 Capable of highlighting issues occurring during production of material at production stage.

 Experienced in performing Electrical Switchgears Panels, control panels related power and

control wiring as per provided schematic diagram for various schematics like VFD, DOL, RDOL,

Soft starter, ACB wiring, MCCB Wiring, control panels wiring of multiple brands like Schneider

Electric, ABB, Siemen's, Weidmueller, Gensis, Helmholtz solution, Wago solutions, Yokogawa,

Alen Bradley etc. & Switchgear modification and control wiring / Dressing works.

 Experienced in Control & PLC Panels power & control wiring as per provided schematic wiring

diagram for various schematics consisting of PLC Modules like DI module, DO module UPS, HMI,

Converters, of multiple brands like Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemen's, Eaton & Switchgear

modification, and control wiring / Dressing works.

 Suitable for performing control & Logic wiring, control interlock wiring, DG synchronizing wiring.

 Marking on drawings if any changes or modifications come during wiring and handover to

Supervisor to prepare as built drawing.
