WMS Applications Supervisor

Job Purpose: Leads WMS implementation activities, customer onboarding, system upgrades, testing, configuration, incident investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Infor WMS support, administration, and issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain WMS master data, business rules, workflows, and user access.
• Support customer onboarding, requirements gathering, solution design, and WMS setup.
• Lead WMS upgrades, implementations, UAT, testing, and go-live activities.
• Investigate WMS, database, integration, and transaction issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
• Ensure WMS data and billing transactions are accurate and aligned with business requirements.
• Manage WMS changes, releases, and deployments in line with IT governance and change control.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
• Maintain WMS documentation, SOPs, configurations, and knowledge base.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and system optimization opportunities.
• Comply with and enforce applicable IT policies, procedures, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Ensure WMS configuration, processes, and system controls support applicable GDP/GMP requirements and approved operational procedures.
• Support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure relevant customer complaints are appropriately addressed.
• Participate in risk assessments and comply with applicable OH&S and environmental requirements, objectives, and training.
• Promptly report accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to WMS users and team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 Years of experience in similar position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT applications support, with significant experience in WMS.
• Experience with Infor WMS is highly preferred.
• Experience in 3PL, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or pharmaceutical operations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Track & Trace, inventory traceability, and end-to-end warehouse transaction visibility is an advantage.
