Woodworking Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are looking for Responsible for supervising daily woodworking production and ensuring all furniture and joinery works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise production of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, office furniture, cladding, and custom furniture.

-Manage carpenters, CNC operators, assemblers, and helpers.

-Read and review shop drawings, cutting lists, and production drawings.

-Supervise cutting, edge banding, CNC machining, drilling, assembly, and finishing.

-Check dimensions, quality, hardware installation, and final assembly.

-Monitor daily production targets, worker productivity, material wastage, and rework.

-Coordinate with engineers to solve production and technical issues.

Qualifications :

-Diploma in Carpentry, Woodworking, Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Fit-Out, or related technical field.

-Minimum 5 years of experience in woodworking and furniture manufacturing.

-Previous experience as a Woodworking Supervisor or Foreman.

-Strong knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, cabinets, and custom furniture.

-Must be proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and modify shop drawings.

-Knowledge of PolyBoard, ArtCAM, CAD+T, IMOS, or similar furniture production software is preferred.

-Ability to prepare and review cutting lists and production details.

-Good knowledge of CNC machines, edge banding, drilling, and furniture assembly.

-Strong leadership, quality-control, and problem-solving skills.

-Good English communication skills.
