Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Expert to manage, develop, and optimize the company's websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high performance, security, functionality, and user-friendly design, supporting marketing and sales objectives in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Management

Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites.
Customize themes and plugins according to business requirements.
Ensure websites are responsive and mobile-friendly.
Manage domain, hosting, and website configurations.

2. Performance & Optimization

Optimize website speed and performance.
Implement SEO best practices.
Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.
Ensure proper backup and recovery processes are in place.

3. Security & Maintenance

Perform regular updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
Maintain website security and troubleshoot vulnerabilities.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

4. Integration & Technical Support

Integrate third-party tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
Support landing page creation for campaigns and events.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams for updates.

5. Design & User Experience

Ensure clean, modern, and professional website design.
Improve user experience and navigation flow.
Work closely with graphic designers for visual consistency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or WordPress Expert.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery.
Understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
