Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Work Boat Sales Executive to join our sales team in Dubai, UAE In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, based upon our customised solutions and standard aluminium work boats. This is a target-oriented position with uncapped earning potential through competitive commissions.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in marine vessels, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery.
  • Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of boat construction, hull design, propulsion systems, and marine regulations (e.g., IMO, ABS, DNV, UAE maritime standards).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%, including GCC countries, Asia, and Africa) for client meetings, boat shows (e.g., ADIPEC, Seatrade Middle East, Dubai International Boat Show), and sea trials.

Desirable

  • Experience in the aluminium work boat or commercial marine sector within the Middle East.
  • Existing network of contacts in: offshore oil & gas industry, ports and government maritime authorities.
  • Familiarity with CAD drawings, boat specifications, and public tender processes.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English + Arabic; additional languages such as Hindi or French a plus).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive tax-free base salary: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Up to 1% commission on generated revenue
