Job Overview:
The WCC Engineer is responsible for coordinating and monitoring maintenance activities within an O&M/FM environment, using IBM Maximo/CMMS to manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment data, and maintenance reports.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for all services through IBM Maximo.
- Initiate work orders after approval and monitor them through completion and closure.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and follow up on work-order feedback.
- Maintain and update equipment, asset, and location data in the system.
- Coordinate between Stores and maintenance teams regarding materials required for work orders.
- Monitor compliance with company maintenance procedures and policies.
- Modify and maintain the Preventive Maintenance Master Plan as required.
- Prepare maintenance, work-order, and operational reports for management review.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- Preferred disciplines include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or other relevant engineering fields.
- Certification or training in CMMS, CAFM, IBM Maximo, Maintenance Management, or Facilities Management is an advantage.

Years of Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in WCC, O&M, Facilities Management, Maintenance Planning, CAFM, or CMMS operations.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, CMMS, CAFM, or a similar maintenance management system is required.
- Experience in a large-scale O&M or Facilities Management environment is preferred.
