Job Title: Workshop Engineer Diesel Buses

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Workshop Engineer with experience in diesel vehicles, preferably in the bus maintenance field. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance operations, ensuring the efficiency of buses, and supporting the technical team to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for diesel buses.

Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure proper repair procedures.

Coordinate with technicians to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

Monitor preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards inside the workshop.

Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on spare parts requirements.

Support continuous improvement of workshop operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in diesel vehicles, preferably buses.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines and bus maintenance.

Ability to supervise technicians and manage workshop activities.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
