Work Welfare Director

The Role

Senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Worker Welfare Director to oversee health, safety, and workforce welfare across a large-scale construction environment.

Reporting into HSE leadership, this person will set the standard for how workforce welfare is managed, monitored, and continuously improved across a complex, multi-contractor site.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading worker welfare strategy across a large construction workforce
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, ILO standards, and Kafala regulations
• Managing contractor and subcontractor welfare obligations
• Overseeing accommodation, nutrition, health, and grievance frameworks
• Engaging with government bodies and regulatory authorities
• Building and leading a high-performing welfare team

What We're Looking For

• 13+ years in HSE or Worker Welfare
• Proven experience on giga or mega projects
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labour law and ILO standards
• Strong stakeholder management at senior level
• Arabic and English fluency
