1. ROLE OVERVIEW
Work Winning Team, supporting Marketing, Business Development and Bidding. You will own the visual quality of everything the team produces — from marketing campaigns and social content to bid submissions and award entries — ensuring all output is compelling, professional and consistent with our brand. With 6+ years of experience, you will act as the team's creative lead, raising design standards across the business.
2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVES
Marketing & Branding Support
- Design high-quality digital and print marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, LinkedIn job adverts, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and internal communications, ensuring consistency with the company's brand guidelines.
- Design infographics, icons, diagrams, charts, maps, timelines, and other visual elements to communicate technical and marketing information effectively.
- Develop report layouts, project sheets, and other corporate communication materials.
- Support the production of corporate branding materials, event graphics, exhibition displays, and signage as required.
- Source and edit images, create illustrations, and perform photo retouching where required.
- Provide creative input and design support for marketing campaigns, company events, award submissions, and new business initiatives.
Photography & Videography
- Capture professional photographs and videos of company events, staff activities, corporate portraits, and office life, visiting project sites when required to document completed projects.
- Edit and enhance photographs using professional post-processing techniques.
- Produce and edit short-form video content, including project highlights, interviews, and promotional videos, for use across marketing channels.
- Maintain and organise the company's digital image and video library, ensuring assets are properly catalogued and easily accessible for future use.
Bidding & Business Development Support
- Design and produce visually compelling bids, proposals, presentations, and pitch materials, ensuring submissions stand out while meeting client requirements and deadlines.
- Create bespoke bid graphics — organisation charts, methodology diagrams, programme visuals, and project case study sheets.
- Develop and maintain document templates and a library of reusable graphics.
- Produce capability statements to support business development activity.
3. TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential) for professional document and publication design.
- Proficiency in one or more of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Lightroom (or equivalent) for graphic creation and image editing.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for visually engaging business documents.
- Experience using professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, is preferred.
- Knowledge of print production processes and preparing artwork for both digital and print applications is an advantage.
