Workday Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday Launch projects as the bridge between India and North America teams.
• Assign tasks based on team skills and project needs.
• Ensure accurate, timely deliverables with clear daily status updates.
• Guide teams in configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop packaged solutions and optimize configurations per Workday standards.

Preferred:

• Workday Launch certification and project experience.
• Mentor teams on task execution and problem-solving.
• Contribute to documentation, task reallocation, and cross-team collaboration.
