Role Description The Workflow Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position supports daily operational workflows, including tracking tasks, organizing internal documentation, and maintaining accurate records across multiple processes. The Workflow Assistant will coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues where necessary. The role also involves preparing basic reports, updating workflow tools or trackers, and helping implement process improvements. The Workflow Assistant is expected to maintain high attention to detail, handle confidential information responsibly, and contribute to a structured and efficient working environment.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Solid administrative and documentation skills, including experience with record keeping, filing, and maintaining structured process trackers.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital workflow or task management tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate clearly with colleagues at different levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency in all work outputs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a financial services, investment, or operations environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professional conduct when handling sensitive or confidential information.
