Workforce Agility & Internal Mobility SME

6-Month Contract | Doha

We are seeking a senior SME to design (not implement) future-focused workforce models, including a Flexible Workforce Framework and Internal Talent Marketplace.

This role will deliver operating models, governance frameworks, and strategic blueprints to enable agile, project-based and opportunity-driven ways of working.

Scope includes:

• Design of a Flexible Workforce Model (hybrid, project-based, non-traditional employment)
• Development of an Internal Talent Marketplace (structure, workflows, user journeys)

We are looking for:

• Deep expertise in workforce strategy, organisational design, or HR transformation
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality design frameworks and operating models
• Background in complex, global organisations or consulting environments

Deliverables:

End-to-end design packs, policies, and a clear roadmap for future implementation.
