The Workforce Intelligence & Data Strategy Lead is responsible for building ST Engineering's workforce intelligence and data management capabilities. The role delivers workforce insights, strengthens HR data governance and quality, and enables AI-powered HR solutions through a trusted and scalable people data foundation. The role partners closely with HR, Business managers, HR Technology and enterprise stakeholders to translate workforce data into business value. He/she will lead the Group's people data strategy and governance framework across employee and organisational data
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Intelligence
- Deliver strategic insights on workforce composition, talent, productivity, skills, organization effectiveness and workforce costs.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Leverage predictive and diagnostic analytics to anticipate workforce trends, risks and opportunities.
- Leverage internal and external platforms to improve HR and business decision-making.
- Proven hands-on experience in deploying and using People Analytics platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Visier, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent workforce intelligence platforms to build dashboards, workforce intelligence reports, predictive insights and executive-level analytics that support strategic HR and business decision-making.
Data Strategy & Management
- Define and implement the Group's HR data strategy and management framework.
- Drive improvements in data quality, consistency and usability.
- Strengthen master data management, governance processes and data stewardship across the HR community.
Business Partnership & Strategic Insights
- Provide insights and recommendations to support talent, capability and organization strategies.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across HR and leadership teams.
Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
- Establish data governance practices, controls and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with HR Technology, IT, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit on data governance matters.
- Monitor HR data quality and governance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, lead and develop the People Analytics & Data Management team.
- Set the vision, priorities and roadmap for people analytics, workforce intelligence and data management capabilities.
- Foster a data-driven culture across HR through capability building, knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop team expertise in analytics, workforce planning, data governance, AI enablement and visualization tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, HR technology, data governance or enterprise analytics.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors, workforce data models and HR reporting environments.
- Experience translating analytics into executive-level business insights.
- Experience leading enterprise data management or workforce intelligence initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Experience working across global and matrixed organizations.
