Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Workforce Management Analyst. Responsibilities include forecasting staffing needs, creating and managing staff schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation, and monitoring real-time operations for service level adherence. The analyst will analyze key performance metrics, prepare reports, identify opportunities for process improvements, and assist leadership in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in workforce management processes, including scheduling, forecasting, and real-time management
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and present findings clearly
  • Problem-solving abilities and experience with process improvement
  • Knowledge of workforce management software or relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in call center environments or relevant industries is an advantage
  • An adaptable mindset and ability to work efficiently in dynamic, fast-paced settings
