Role Description The Workforce Planning Analyst is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on analyzing workforce data to support capacity planning and staffing decisions for InsideLook's operations. The analyst will monitor workload trends, develop forecasts, and recommend resourcing plans that align with business needs and service levels. Daily tasks include gathering and validating workforce metrics, preparing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with operations and leadership teams to adjust schedules and headcount as demand changes. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting workforce management tools and practices, and communicating analytical findings in a clear, actionable manner.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Workforce Management and Workforce Analytics skills to design staffing models, track performance, and optimize resource allocation.
Candidates should possess robust Capacity Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast demand, interpret data, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document methodologies clearly.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards) and quantitative analysis methods is highly beneficial.
Relevant experience in workforce planning, operations analysis, or similar analytical roles is preferred; exposure to marketplace or tech platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
