Description
Elevatus is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to join its team and support healthcare clients across Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on leading workforce planning initiatives, providing strategic and data-driven advisory services, and helping healthcare organizations optimize their workforce using Elevatus HR technology and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver workforce planning projects for Elevatus healthcare clients, including hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare networks.
- Partner with client HR, operations, and leadership teams to assess workforce needs and translate them into actionable workforce plans.
- Develop workforce forecasting models covering headcount, capacity, productivity, skills gaps, and attrition.
- Use Elevatus platforms and analytics tools to provide insights, dashboards, and workforce recommendations.
- Support clients in aligning workforce planning with hiring strategies, budgeting, and operational goals.
- Advise clients on best practices in healthcare workforce planning and optimization.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally with Elevatus product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Stay up to date with healthcare workforce trends and labor market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or Strategic HR, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
- Saudi nationality is required
- Experience supporting hospitals or large healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies and forecasting techniques.
- Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or client-facing role is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and analytics tools (experience with Elevatus is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and healthcare workforce regulations.
- Advanced skills in Excel and workforce analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
