We are seeking a highly experienced healthcare workforce planning and analytics professional to support a major healthcare transformation initiative across a multi-site hospital network in Riyadh.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, workforce strategy, and healthcare data analytics. The focus is on building a robust, data-driven workforce planning capability that enables better staffing decisions, improved productivity, and optimized clinical capacity across facilities.

Key Purpose of the Role

You will lead and support the collection, structuring, and analysis of critical workforce-related data across a healthcare network, enabling more effective workforce planning, staffing optimisation, and operational decision-making at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce data collection and integration across multiple hospitals/facilities
  • Develop workforce planning models (demand vs capacity, staffing ratios, skill mix)
  • Analyse workforce utilisation, productivity, and staffing effectiveness
  • Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for executive reporting
  • Support safe staffing models and clinical workforce optimisation initiatives
  • Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with clinical and operational leadership to support workforce decisions

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare workforce planning, workforce analytics, or healthcare operations

  • Experience with demand-capacity modelling, staffing ratios, or workforce utilisation analysis
  • Ability to communicate insights to senior clinical and operational stakeholders

Preferred Background

  • Hospital / health system operations
  • Healthcare consulting (operations, workforce, transformation, analytics)
  • Healthcare performance improvement or clinical operations roles

Important Note

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site / hybrid depending on project phase)
