Workforce Planning Manager

Role Description The Workforce Planning Manager is a part-time remote role responsible for aligning staffing needs with client project demands and internal business priorities. This position involves analyzing workload forecasts, designing workforce plans, and overseeing resource allocations to ensure projects are staffed efficiently and sustainably. The role includes monitoring workforce metrics, preparing regular reports, and recommending adjustments to staffing models based on data and evolving business requirements. The Workforce Planning Manager will partner with leadership and project teams to understand upcoming work, identify capacity constraints, and suggest hiring, outsourcing, or scheduling strategies. The role also contributes to process improvements in workforce management tools, dashboards, and planning frameworks to support scalable growth.

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based environments is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
