We, at Qatari Diar, are hiring for resourceful and efficient BILINGUAL Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst for our team. This is an outsourced role to one of our empaneled consultants.
- An ideal candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, spanning entry level to senior roles, of both Nationals and expat candidates.
- He/ she should be locally available in Qatar with valid QID.
- He/ she should be a graduate in business administration or equivalent, with specialization in HR.
Responsibilities
- Working on end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
- Sourcing candidates for various open positions in Qatar and other regional offices through various channels, like LinkedIn, online sites, referrals and agencies.
- Collaborating with departments/ divisions to understand their requirement and plan hiring strategies accordingly.
- Screening resumes through telephonic discussions and arranging/ participating in interview (locally/ online).
- Coordinating with Ministry of Labour on submitted candidate applications.
- Supervising hiring Kawader candidates as per approved recruitment plan and updating management and MOL on recruitment progress.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers to make sure requirements are understood and matching profiles are being shared as QD requirements.
- Getting involved in collecting documents and supporting in negotiating salaries against the approved budget for the respective roles.
Qualifications
Graduate in business administration or equivalent, with specialization in HR.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels.
- Strong communication in both English and Arabic and collaboration skills.
