Job Summary

You will conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental standards, collaborating with project teams to maintain safe work environments on HDB projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections to identify workplace safety and health (WSH) non-compliance and unsafe work conditions to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory adherence
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings for submission to project managers, clients, and statutory boards to support informed decision-making
• Assist in conducting ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits to maintain certification standards and improve safety and environmental management systems
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and project managers to address safety and health issues promptly and implement corrective actions

Required competencies and certifications

• Maintain valid registration with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer to perform statutory safety duties
• Hold valid registration with the National Environment Agency (NEA) as an Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to oversee environmental compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience working on HDB projects to apply relevant knowledge and best practices in safety management
