Job Description:

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical /Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in workshop coordination, fleet, or transport operations (preferably FMCG or logistics).
• Hands-on experience with workshop documentation and fleet management systems.
• Experience in heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and MHE maintenance & service.

Functional Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of fleet and MHE maintenance operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Fleet/Workshop Management Systems (ERP/FMS).
• Good understanding of UAE traffic and RTA regulations.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple activities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
