Job Summary
Manage workshop operations, production, inventory, and logistics for all workshop production.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop and production activities.
- Manage small production team.
- Manage all item production including creations working together with merchandising & buying department.
- Control inventory and raw material usage.
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch.
- Track production costs and inventory finances.
- Ensure strict implementation of SOP, quality assurance and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, preferably with Finance and inventory background.
- 5–8 years experience in Artisan chocolate or pastry factory.
- Proven leadership, people management skills.
- Extreme attention to detail required to ensure accuracy of orders and deliveries.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible to work extended hours when required.
