WE ARE HIRING | WORKSHOP MANAGER – PMV

Alas Emirates Services LLC is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager – PMV to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Position: Workshop Manager – PMV

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Industry: Logistic / Service Workshop / Manufacturing

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience

Candidate Location: Currently in UAE

Nationality: Any

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the logistic, supply-chain, construction, or manufacturing industry

• Strong experience in workshop, PMV, fleet, and heavy equipment maintenance

• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance

• Good understanding of concrete manufacturing operations and equipment

• Knowledge of HSE/OSH and environmental requirements

• Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and team-management abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all PMV workshop and maintenance activities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are properly implemented

• Maintain high availability and reliability of vehicles, machinery, and equipment

• Manage workshop manpower, spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources

• Monitor breakdowns, repairs, downtime, and maintenance costs

• Ensure compliance with HSE/OSH requirements and safe workshop practices

• Develop supervisors and workshop personnel through training and performance management

• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost control
