Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Manager (Fleet Bus) located in Hurghada & Luxor

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair operations of the fleet buses on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and overseeing a team of mechanics.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Experience in fleet management, maintenance, and repair

Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Technical certification or degree in Automotive Engineering or related field

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's in mechanical engineering is a must

2:4 years of experience is a must in heavy equipment

strong experience in maintenance and repair of modern buses or similar vehicles

Excellent leadership skills
