Workshop Manager & Technical trainer

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager and technical trainer to lead our Workshop Division

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical expertise in heavy equipment / construction machinery
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Solid experience in workshop operations, service planning, and troubleshooting
• Dealership experience with Putzmeister or Liebherr equipment will be a strong advantage
• Ability to drive service quality, productivity, and safety standards

Role Overview:

• Manage day-to-day workshop service operations
• Lead and develop the service team
• Ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate with parts, service, and operations teams

2. 5 8 years of managerial experience in heavy equipment service
