I'm starting a new chapter focused onin-person digital art workshops(not online courses). The aim is to create genuine human connection, shared growth, and meaningful creative experiences.
I'm looking for aWorkshop Producer & Community Builderto help grow, organize, and sustain this ecosystem.
Role
- Hybrid position
- Remote most of the time
- On-site presence required during workshops
Responsibilities
- Outreach to art spaces, cultural centers, and venues
- Organizing workshop logistics and schedules
- Managing registrations and communication with participants
- Handling marketing and promotion (primarily Instagram)
- Capturing reels and documentation during workshops
- Collecting and organizing feedback and data from participants
- Conducting basic market research to inform future workshops
- Assisting in creating proposals and presentations for partners and venues
- Supporting the growth of a real creative community
Profile
- Optimistic, positive, socially confident
- Fun, grounded, emotionally intelligent
- Detail-oriented without being rigid
- Comfortable initiating conversations and following through
- Able to move things forward without hesitation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field (events, production, community management, marketing, research, or cultural/creative work)
- No prior experience in digital art required
- Willingness to travel in the near future is a plus
