Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate Motorcycle Workshop Service Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in our premium workshop. This role demands someone with a deep technical understanding of high-end motorcycles, superior customer service skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a skilled team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Workshop Operations: Ensure all services and repairs are carried out to the highest standards and on time.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians, providing training on the latest technologies and service procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships with high-end clientele.
  • Quality Control: Conduct final quality checks on all serviced motorcycles to ensure they meet the workshop's standards of excellence.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management: Oversee inventory levels, order parts, and ensure all workshop tools and equipment are maintained in optimal condition.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, setting service prices, and achieving profitability goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in motorcycle workshop management, with a strong background in servicing high-end motorcycle brands.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of BMW, Ducati, KTM, Kawasaki, and similar brands.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-quality workshop environment.
  • Certification: Relevant technical certifications are an asset.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills for overseeing operations.
