Workspace ONE UEM System Engineer (L2)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premise Workspace ONE UEM environments.
• Administer, monitor, and optimize UEM infrastructure for availability, security, and compliance.
• Perform routine upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting across UEM components.
• Integrate UEM with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Certificate Authorities, and other identity services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver user/technical training when needed.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and root cause analysis for UEM-related issues.
• Advise on best practices for device enrollment, endpoint security policies, and application deployment.

Requirements

• Bcs. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ Yrs. experience with Workspace ONE UEM or similar EMM platforms.
• Proven expertise in on-premise UEM deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, networking, and general security fundamentals.
• Experience with MDM/MAM, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management.
• Scripting skills using PowerShell or Bash for automation and optimization.
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication methods such as LDAP and SAML.
• VMware certifications (e.g., VCP-DTM) are a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
