Job Description Summary

The Worldwide Regional Account Executive Healthcare is responsible for driving enterprise-level sales growth across the Healthcare segment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role focuses on regional account strategy development and execution, customer acquisition and retention, pricing and proposal development, and endtoend account lifecycle management. The position requires strong consultative selling capabilities, deep market understanding, and the ability to manage complex enterprise sales engagements.

Justification for Role

The role is critical to developing, expanding, and strengthening the Healthcare business across KSA, addressing regional growth opportunities, increasing market penetration, and supporting longterm revenue objectives within the Healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and execute regional enterprise account strategies to drive revenue growth within the Healthcare sector.
  • Manage a portfolio of key Healthcare accounts across KSA, ensuring sustained customer engagement and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead customer acquisition initiatives.

Sales Engagement & PreSales Support

  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and stakeholder meetings with senior customer leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during presales discussions, understanding complex customer requirements and translating them into tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support solution design and proposal development.

Proposal & Pricing Management

  • Lead the creation of customer proposals, including commercial and pricing structures.
  • Ensure proposals align with customer needs, competitive positioning, and organizational profitability targets.
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.

Account Activation & PostSales Support

  • Oversee account activation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Maintain postsales relationships to drive customer retention, upsell, and crosssell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues related to accounts under ownership.

Market & Competition Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities within the Healthcare sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning.

Expert Advisory & Project Leadership

  • Act as a technical and commercial expert on complex and specialist topics related to Healthcare enterprise sales.
  • Support or lead crossfunctional initiatives and projects by applying domain expertise.
  • Contribute to divisional and corporate objectives through datadriven analysis and strategic input.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Proven influencing and persuasion skills in enterprise sales environments.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and commercial discussions.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding capabilities, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information to support strategic decisionmaking.

Experience & Profile

  • Experience in enterprise or regional sales, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of regional Healthcare market dynamics, ideally within KSA or the Middle East.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
