Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Windows Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Windows desktop applications. The role requires strong expertise in C++, C#, and WPF, along with a solid understanding of system‑level programming and Windows architecture. The candidate will work closely with architecture, product, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality end‑to‑end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications with high performance and scalability.
- Implement robust solutions using C++, C#, and WPF.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve stability and performance.
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews, adherence to best practices, and proper documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical decision‑making.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Windows application programming.
- Proficiency in C++ and C#.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
- Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with multithreading, memory management, and UI design principles.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows APIs, device communication, or system‑level programming.
Good to Have
- Experience with MVVM and Prism architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and JIRA.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
