We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our client team as a Yacht Maintenance Administration Manager. Within this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and managing the whole maintenance team.
Main Responsibilities to include:
Create and implement effective administrative procedure
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards are followed
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Develop and manage yacht maintenance budgets
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
Requirements
Proven experience in yacht maintenance administration or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong knowledge of yacht maintenance processes, technologies, and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate team effectively
Keen attention to details
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
