Job Description

  • The Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Yardi Voyager or other Yardi products tailored to real estate and property management. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes, translating those into system configurations, and providing ongoing support and enhancements.
  • Beyond functional configuration, the role extends to enterprise architecture modelling and business process intelligencemodelling Yardi-enabled processes in BPMN (preferably within Sparx Enterprise Architect), extracting modules, data entities, value streams, and business capabilities from the Yardi platform, measuring real process cycle times against the modelled Asi-IS & to-be design, and delivering Power BI reports and dashboards sourced directly from Yardi to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Should manage the setup Yardi with MCP Server to connect with Claude. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of Yardi software, a deep understanding of real estate operations, functional expertise in property management processes, and the analytical capability to model, measure and visualize those processes end-to-end.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead end-to-end Yardi Voyager or other Yardi product implementations for real estate and property management.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Customize Yardi modules to meet business-specific needs, including lease management, rent collections, maintenance, accounting, and reporting

Functional Support & Maintenance:

  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and provide ongoing user support, fostering continuous learning and system utilization.
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Provide DEJEM and its real estate operations with business automation and control solutions using Yardi.
  • Gather and analyse leasing information from property owners and managers, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Enhance accuracy of financial reports by customizing Yardi account trees, providing clear and actionable insights.

Process Modelling & Enterprise Architecture :

  • Model Yardi-enabled business processes in BPMN 2.0, preferably using Sparx Enterprise Architect, and maintain alignment between the modelled and operational process.
  • Extract modules, data entities, and process flows from Yardi and map them into the enterprise architecture repository as reusable artefacts.
  • Identify and document value streams and business capabilities supported by Yardi, linking them to functions, applications, and KPIs.
  • Extract and analyze process cycle time and step-level execution time from Yardi (transaction logs, workflow stages, audit trails) and compare actual performance against the modelled to-be process to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce process performance reports that match the modelled processes one-to-one, enabling traceability between design, execution, and measurement.

Reporting & Analytics (Power BI):

  • Deep, hands-on ability to design and build Power BI reports and dashboards directly from Yardi data sources (SQL views, ODBC, Yardi-published datasets, or API endpoints).
  • Develop semantic data models, DAX measures, and role-level security suited to property management reporting (leasing, collections, occupancy, arrears, maintenance, P&L).
  • Translate management KPIs into governed Power BI dashboards aligned with the enterprise architecture data model.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Prepare test cases, perform system testing, and validate solutions before go-live.
  • Assist in data migration activities.
  • Analyze existing business workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist the business in optimizing property management operations using Yardi solutions.

Project Management & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other parties to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop project documentation and status reports

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications in Yardi products (preferred).
  • Certifications in BPMN 2.0, Sparx Enterprise Architect, TOGAF, or Microsoft Power BI (PL-300) are an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Yardi Voyager, Elevate and Rent Café or other Yardi property management solutions.
  • Prior experience in the real estate, property management, or facilities management industry.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting Yardi modules such as Lease Management, Rent Roll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Maintenance Management, and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture modelling using Sparx EA — including BPMN process modelling, capability mapping, value streams, and data entity modelling — is recommended / nice to have.
  • Demonstrable experience extracting process timing and operational metrics from Yardi and reconciling them with modelled processes.
  • Proven track record of building production-grade Power BI dashboards sourced from Yardi or comparable ERP/property-management platforms.

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
  • Preferably Immediate available candidates.
