We are hiring a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. The role requires a strong mix of SAP expertise and project management skills to drive successful implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. Required Skills - SAP Project Manager
Location- Hyderabad(Preferred)/Pune/Bengaluru
Notice Period- 0-30 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP projects from planning through go-live and hypercare
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall project governance
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and alignment with business objectives
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and cutover strategy
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SI partners, and global teams
- Ensure quality delivery through SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness
- Provide regular status updates and manage executive-level escalations
Experience & Requirements
- 10-15+ years of SAP delivery experience
- 5+ years in SAP Project/Program Management
- Hands-on experience with 2+ S/4HANA implementations/conversions
- Experience managing large-scale/global rollouts and budgets ($5M+)
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA
Skills & Tools
- Expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, EWM, BASIS, PM etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid models
- Tools: SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Cloud ALM
Preferred Certifications
- PMP / SAP Activate Project Manager
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
- SAP functional certification
