Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Primary lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student is supported to achieve their potential.
- Plan, deliver and assess high-quality learning experiences aligned with the National Curriculum for England and examination specifications.
- Use assessment data effectively to monitor progress and drive outstanding student outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, share best practice and contribute to continuous school improvement.
- Build positive partnerships with students, parents and the wider school community.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, co-curricular opportunities and ongoing professional learning.

Successful Candidate
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification, such as a B.Ed, PGCE with QTS, or equivalent, specialising in Primary.
- Have experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2 of the Primary phase.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a strong understanding of evidence-based teaching practices.
- Be committed to high expectations and continuous professional growth.
- Bring the vision, energy and ambition to contribute to a high-performing school community.
