Yield Analyst

We are looking to hire a Yield Analyst – Ground Transportation who will be responsible for

optimizing car park revenue and space utilization through data analysis, pricing strategies, and

demand forecasting for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the

region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Property Revenue Department (Ground Transportation Unit) and reports

directly to the Senior Manager – Ground Transportation.

Key responsibilities:

Analyse car park performance data and recommend pricing strategies, tariA structures, and

product mix to optimise revenue and utilisation

Develop and maintain yield management and dynamic pricing models to support data-driven

decision making

Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and scenario-based financial models for business planning

and investments

Monitor and analyse KPIs such as occupancy, utilisation, and yield to identify performance gaps

and improvement opportunities

Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear insights for stakeholders

Conduct market benchmarking and demand analysis to ensure competitive pricing strategies

Support concession and tender processes with pricing analysis and commercial inputs

Track and evaluate performance of outsourced car park operators through KPI monitoring

Ensure data accuracy by validating and reconciling operational and transactional datasets

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and reporting eAiciency

Knowledge, skills & experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field

3–5 years of overall experience with exposure to revenue/yield management, pricing analytics, or commercial analysis

Strong experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis

Advanced proficiency in Excel (modelling, scenario analysis, forecasting)Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools

Understanding of dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimisation concepts

Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards/reports

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Experience in industries such as aviation, hospitality, transport, retail, or real estate is an

advantage

Availability:

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or with a maximum of 30 days
