Discovery Dunes is looking for an energetic, creative, and engaging Youth Program Coordinator to lead exciting activities, camps, family events, and outdoor adventures for our members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging children's programs, camps, outdoor activities, and family events.
• Create fun, safe, and memorable experiences that keep children active, entertained, and engaged.
• Support water-based activities and outdoor recreation programs.
• Build strong relationships with members and families while delivering exceptional service.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with health, safety, and safeguarding standards.
• Lead themed events, holiday camps, seasonal activations, and special family experiences.
• Adapt activities based on weather conditions, participant abilities, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure every event and activity runs seamlessly.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth programs, kids clubs, outdoor pursuits, camps, recreation, hospitality, sports clubs, or leisure environments.
• A genuine passion for working with children and families.
• Strong leadership, communication, and engagement skills.
• Experience leading group activities, camps, sports, or adventure-based programs.
• Confident swimmer with the ability to support water-based activities safely.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
