Persian Horizon is growing fast, and we're looking for a skilled YouTube & Podcast Producer to take full ownership of our content production pipeline. You'll manage everything from content ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and channel optimization. Your work will directly support our brand growth, audience engagement, and lead-generation efforts.
Requirements
- Strong YouTube portfolio (required)
- Proficient video & audio editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Solid understanding of YouTube SEO and Analytics
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end production
- Experience creating high-performing Shorts (big plus)
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and content structuring skills
- Ability to deliver consistent, on-brand content on weekly schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the YouTube & podcast content calendar
- Script/structure episodes or extract scripts from interviews
- Film and edit long-form YouTube videos and Shorts
- Create thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and chapters
- Upload and manage content across YouTube and podcast platforms
- Optimize for growth (SEO, retention, CTR, analytics)
- Provide weekly performance reports tied to lead-generation goals
