We're expanding our content team and looking for one more YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join a long-term YouTube projects alongside an established team. This role is ideal for someone who values creative collaboration in a professional remote environment.

Role Overview:

• Remote position
• Part-time / Full-time
• We are looking 2 people
• Work on high-performing content for a popular YouTube channels
• Collaborate with a team

Responsibilities:

• Creating thumbnails for YouTube videos
• Working with the channel's visual identity
• Adapting designs for different formats
• Making revisions based on feedback

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in design
• Understanding of YouTube trends and clickable thumbnails
• Confident use of Photoshop / Figma or similar tools
• Good knowledge of English
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
