Job Description

Pinerium is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, and growth-driven Zoho Account Manager Intern to support client relationship management, account coordination, customer success activities, and Zoho business operations within the Zoho Solutions team.

This internship is designed for candidates who are passionate about business technology, SaaS solutions, customer communication, and digital transformation. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with Zoho applications, client engagement processes, account management operations, and business solution environments.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, proactive, and interested in developing a career in account management, customer success, SaaS, and business consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Coordination
  • Support communication and follow-up activities with clients and prospects.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining professional client relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and account-related operational activities.
  • Help ensure customer requests and inquiries are handled efficiently.

Zoho Solutions & Customer Success Support
  • Assist clients in understanding Zoho applications and business solutions.
  • Support onboarding and customer success activities for Zoho solutions.
  • Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Help track customer feedback and service improvement opportunities.

CRM & Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information within CRM systems.
  • Support sales and account management reporting activities.
  • Assist in tracking opportunities, follow-ups, and account progress updates.
  • Help organize documentation, reports, and operational records.

Communication & Relationship Management
  • Act as a professional point of contact for customer communication activities.
  • Support relationship-building activities with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate internally with presales, implementation, and support teams.
  • Maintain professional communication standards and follow-up discipline.

Learning & Development
  • Learn Zoho applications, SaaS business models, and customer success processes.
  • Participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities.
  • Develop understanding of CRM systems, workflow automation, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Continuously improve communication, business, and operational skills.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in SaaS, CRM systems, customer success, and business technology solutions.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn Zoho applications and business workflows.
  • Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or account management concepts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
  • Must be a non-smoker (all types).
