Job Description

System Configuration: Assist in setting up Zoho CRM modules, custom layouts, fields, and validation rules based on client requirements.
Workflow Automation: Help design and implement automation tools such as Blueprints, Workflows, and Schedules to reduce manual data entry.
Data Migration: Use Excel and migration tools to clean, map, and import data from legacy systems into Zoho.
Low-Code Development: Learn and apply basic Deluge scripting (Zoho's language) to create custom functions and integrations.
Requirement Gathering: Attend discovery meetings with customers to document business processes and pain points.
Testing & QA: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the configured system works as intended before the client goes live.
Training & Support: Help create user manuals, record walkthrough videos, and provide basic technical support to end-users.
