Zoho Developer

Our client in Dubai is looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, customise and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting and third-party integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and customise applications across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk and Zoho Analytics.
• Create and maintain advanced Deluge scripts for workflows, functions, validation rules and automation.
• Customise Zoho modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, page layouts, buttons and widgets.
• Build workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, escalation rules and Blueprint automation.
• Develop and manage integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and third-party services.
• Manage data migration, imports, exports and system synchronisation.
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics to support business requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, maintain system stability and optimise performance.
• Support code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers where required.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on Zoho development experience.
• Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Proven experience with Zoho APIs, RESTful services and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows and automation.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, data modelling and SQL concepts.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai.

Desirable traits:

• Zoho CRM Developer and/or Zoho Creator Developer certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level Zoho implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum ways of working.
• Exposure to Zoho implementations across multiple business functions or industries.
