What You'll Do
- CRM Cleanup & Data Management
- Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM
- Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment
Workflow Automation
- Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module
- Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes
- Build task automation to maximize team productivity
Reporting & Dashboards
- Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs
- Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health
- Empower leadership with data-driven decision-making
Customer Portals & Engagement
- Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients
- Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress
- Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions
- AI & Integration
- Deploy Zoho's AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.)
- Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform
- Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Zoho One application, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow
- Required: Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions
- Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals
- Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions
