Pinerium is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho Implementation Specialist Intern to support the deployment, configuration, and implementation of Zoho solutions for clients across multiple industries.
This internship is designed for candidates who are interested in SaaS, CRM systems, digital transformation, business operations, and low-code business applications. The intern will work closely with the Zoho implementation and consulting teams to gain hands-on experience in implementing business solutions, process automation, user onboarding, training, and client support activities.

Key Responsibilities Zoho Implementation Support
- Assist in implementing and configuring Zoho applications based on client requirements.
- Support setup activities for CRM systems, workflows, automation, and business process configurations.
- Help document implementation requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Assist in testing system configurations and validating business requirements.
Client Coordination & Support
- Support communication with clients during implementation and onboarding activities.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting client needs.
- Help provide user support, guidance, and follow-up during implementation phases.
- Support client onboarding and user adoption activities.
Business Process & Workflow Support
- Assist in analyzing business operations and workflow requirements.
- Support process optimization and automation initiatives using Zoho solutions.
- Help prepare process maps, implementation notes, and operational documentation.
- Participate in solution discussions and implementation planning sessions.
Training & Documentation
- Assist in preparing user guides, implementation documentation, and training materials.
- Support user training sessions and onboarding workshops.
- Help maintain organized project and implementation records.
- Assist in creating reports and implementation status updates.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Support testing activities for workflows, forms, automations, and system configurations.
- Identify implementation issues and report findings to senior team members.
- Assist in validating system functionality and user experience.
- Support troubleshooting and issue follow-up activities.
Learning & Development
- Participate in Zoho product learning sessions and internal technical training.
- Continuously develop knowledge of SaaS, CRM systems, and business automation.
- Learn implementation methodologies, business workflows, and customer onboarding processes.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Zoho team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree student or fresh graduate in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong interest in SaaS, CRM systems, automation, and digital transformation.
- Basic understanding of business operations or workflow processes is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Basic understanding of software systems, databases, or automation concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with Zoho applications, CRM systems, or low-code platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non-smoker (all types).
