We are looking for a Zoho Implementer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM / Zoho One to configure, customize, and support business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and automations
- Build workflows, blueprints, validation rules, and reports
- Develop basic Deluge custom functions
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps
- Support users, data migration, and system enhancements
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience with at least one application of Zoho One (CRM, Desk, Books, or People)
- Hands-on experience with Deluge
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
