In this role, you will support business operations through smart configurations in Zoho CRM and Zoho One, build automations, and assist with system integrations. Key Responsibilities:

*Configure and manage Zoho CRM and Zoho One for operational needs

*Build and enhance forms, reports, and automated workflows

*Support data consistency and integrations with other platforms

*Assist team members in effectively using Zoho tools

*Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

Requirements:

*Solid experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho One

*Proficiency in creating forms, reports, and automations

*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

*Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

*Good English communication skills

*Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
