Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the expansion of a technology business across the GCC region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing technology recruitment strategies, sourcing top technical talent, and building strong talent pipelines across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and GCC markets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting within the technology industry, a strong understanding of technical roles, and a successful track record of attracting and hiring specialized technology professionals, particularly within the Saudi Arabian market.

This role will play a key part in supporting regional growth by identifying exceptional technology talent across IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, and emerging technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and technology-related positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality technology professionals.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, technology communities, referrals, and specialized platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and initial technical assessments.
Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.

GCC & Saudi Arabia Recruitment

Lead recruitment activities supporting GCC markets, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
Build and maintain networks with technology professionals across Saudi Arabia and the region.
Identify and engage passive candidates from leading technology companies, startups, system integrators, and consulting organizations.
Understand GCC technology talent trends, market availability, and candidate expectations.
Support hiring requirements for regional technology projects and business expansion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience recruiting technology professionals.
Proven experience recruiting for technology companies, software companies, digital transformation organizations, or IT service providers.
Strong experience hiring technology professionals for Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
