Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, insurance management, and compliance. This role requires excellent organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, Offer Letter preparation, and onboarding.
Coordinate with Site Superiors for manpower requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and ensure timely joining.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administer employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Handle medical insurance administration, including employee enrollments, renewals, additions, deletions, claims coordination, and liaison with insurance providers.
Assist employees with insurance-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
Must have 2 yrs in the United Arab Emirates.
Experience in recruitment and employee medical insurance administration is essential.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
