Job Purpose

To lead the development and execution of Shory's marketing strategy in Saudi Arabia, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth through integrated marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for localizing the company's marketing approach, managing strategic campaigns, supporting product launches, and overseeing external agency partners while establishing a scalable marketing function aligned with Shory's long-term growth objectives.

What you'll do

Develop and execute a localized marketing strategy aligned with Shory's commercial objectives and growth plans in Saudi Arabia.
Build and strengthen Shory's brand presence through integrated online and offline marketing initiatives.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, partnerships, events, and brand activations.
Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and business initiatives.
Manage relationships with external creative, media, branding, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend and measurable return on investment.
Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Technology, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support broader business goals.
Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.
Support the development and growth of the marketing function, contributing to team building and future capability expansion.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies within the Saudi market.
Strong background in technology, fintech, digital banking, travel tech, or other high-growth digital businesses.
Experience leading product launches, brand development, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and sizeable marketing budgets.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing marketing ROI.
Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with Saudi market experience essential.
