About the Role

We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers with a proven track record in the Forex, CFDs, Multi-Asset Trading, or Financial Services industry.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for professionals who already have an established network of traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, Affiliates, institutional clients, or strategic partners and can generate business from the first month.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the company's client base within assigned markets.
Leverage your existing network of:
Retail Traders
Introducing Brokers (IBs)
Master IBs
Money Managers
Affiliates
Trading Communities
Institutional Clients
Generate new funded accounts, net deposits, and trading volume.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Conduct online and face-to-face business meetings.
Attend industry events, expos, seminars, and networking activities.
Negotiate commercial agreements with IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners.
Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Dealing teams.
Achieve monthly business development and sales KPIs.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
Previous experience working with an international Forex/CFD broker.
Existing network of traders, IBs, affiliates, or business partners.
Proven ability to generate deposits and acquire new clients.
Strong understanding of:
MT4 & MT5
CRM Systems
IB Structures
Rebates
Spreads
Leverage
PAMM/MAM
Copy Trading
Trading Platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (additional languages are highly preferred).

Senior Business Development Manager Criteria

Candidates will be considered for the Senior Business Development Manager position if they meet the following additional requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
Proven record of generating significant monthly net deposits.
Strong portfolio of active IBs, Master IBs, Money Managers, and VIP clients.
Experience handling institutional clients and strategic partnerships.
Experience managing regional markets or business development teams.
Ability to mentor and support junior Business Development Managers.
Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value commercial agreements.
Existing portfolio capable of generating USD 250,000+ in monthly net deposits is a strong advantage.
