Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios
Rate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
Identify problems like factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistent behavior, or potential bias
Push AI limits with creative, challenging, or edge-case prompts to expose weaknesses
Submit structured feedback using clear, guided evaluation forms
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and domains
Able to evaluate quality objectively and explain your reasoning clearly
Strong written communicator with good attention to detail
Comfortable using chat-based digital tools
Reliable and self-motivated when working independently
No prior AI, tech, or testing experience required

Nice to Have

Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality review
Interest in AI, technology, or digital communication
Ability to think critically about language and nuance
